After you submit the permit application form, you will be taken to the Exhibitor Home page, which displays a
summary of your selections and instructions for payment. You will be registered for Town Day 2024 when your
payment is received and acknowledged. The Exhibitor Home page displays the status of your application.

Winchester's 43rd annual Town Day in 2024 will have many special events in addition to the traditional activities that have always made Town Day such a success. Several Winchester Center streets will be closed to traffic to accommodate the many displays and activities and the thousands of people who will attend and participate.

Important Exhibitor Information
- You MUST pick up your permit BEFORE YOU SET UP.
Pick up your permit at the Town Day Booth or at the drive-through registration at the rotary. Use 1 Laraway Road, Winchester, MA for a GPS location.
Look for the signs! Permits not issued by 10:00 AM may be forfeited. - Set-up starts at 7:00 am. Vehicles are not allowed in the exhibit areas after 9:00 AM unless they fit within your booth area.
- In case of inclement weather, check www.townday.org or call 781-526-6721 after 7:00 AM to confirm postponement to Sunday, June 2nd.
- Any balance due must be paid before issuance of a permit.
- If you are selling or giving away and food or beverages, you must obtain a Winchester Board of Health permit (781-721-7121).
- Any vendor using propane must obtain a Winchester Fire Department permit (781-729-1800).
- Be sure you have read and are familiar with the exhibitor Terms and Conditions.
What should I know?
You can promote your Town Day activities with an ad in our Town Day Program, which we plan to distribute for free at least a week before Town Day.
Chamber of Commerce Discount
If you are a current member of the Winchester Chamber of Commerce, you may take a 10% discount
off your fee.
Late Registration Penalty
Registration payments postmarked after May 18 2024
must include the $85 late registration fee
to be accepted.

Restricted Sales
Articles detrimental to public health or safety, or to the appearance of the Center, such
as caps, or "silly string" may not be sold or dispensed.

Hours
Set-up starts at 7:00 am. Vehicles will not be allowed in the booth areas after 9:00 am.
Clean-up is from 4:00-5:00 pm. Streets reopen at 5:00 pm.
Evening hours are from 7:00 to 9:30 pm for the concert and fireworks.
Booth Space
Approximately 10' x 10'. Utilities are not provided. Carts and activities
must operate within the assigned booth area or additional fees will be required.
10' x 10' canopies are available for a rental charge of $125 before or $155 on Town Day. The fee includes setup and removal. Availability of canopies without advance reservation is not guaranteed. 30" x 72" table rentals are available for $35 each, also delivered to your booth space.

Confirmation
Postcards confirming your registration are generally sent out approximately one week
before Town Day. Vendor listings will be posted and updated on this website. Please bring
your postcard with you to facilitate our express check-in on Town Day.

Resident and Non-Resident Booths. Only Winchester residents and organizations with an established Winchester address or post office box may apply for a resident booth. If you are a Winchester resident representing an out-of-town organization and want to apply for a resident booth, you must enter your first and last names into the "Organization" field of your profile, and your home address into the address fields. You may name your organization in the "Activity" field. Otherwise, you must apply for a non-resident booth.
